Nicole Ng
Founder
Nicole first discovered improv in her early 20s. One class led to another, and soon she was performing regularly on stage.
In doing so, she realised improv wasn’t just an art form – it was a way of living. Its principles are applicable to several areas of life, and its benefits aplenty. Inspired by the way improv can vastly help people, she founded FP Training to do the same for many more.
In her free time, Nicole enjoys running comedy shows for both stand-up and improv, and occasionally hosting trivia nights. She also enjoys performing comedy, working out, piecing Legos together, playing mahjong, board games and reading books.

Darren Foong
Chief Training Officer
Darren discovered Improv while it was at university – and he didn’t want to do anything else. Improv helped him meet friends, talk to strangers, and even charm job interviewers.
From a shy, nervous, introverted nerd (that’s his school photo up there), Improv helped Darren discover his confidence to talk to anybody in the world, perform shows across three continents, and even hold the attention of hundreds while conducting Improv workshops.
He remains proudly a shy, nervous, introverted nerd, but sees Improv as a magic spell that opens doors and helps him bring out his true self — and he wants to share it with others.
Fun is the way to go.
