Who We Are
Nicole Ng
Nicole is an improv and stand-up comedian as well as the founder of FP Training. She firmly believes in the power of humour and its ability to bring out the best in people, just as it has done for her. Practising improv has transformed from a lost, insecure young adult to the assured, purpose-filled person she is today.
Her goal with FP Training is to spread the joy of embracing the unknown, strengthen team bonds, help employees gain the confidence they never knew they had and discover endless possibilities within themselves.

I started the session with mixed emotions—fear of being judged and looking silly in front of colleagues (cue internal screaming).
